1 can (10½ oz.) cream of potato soup
1 can (10½ oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken, diced or about 2 (4-6 oz.) cans chunk chicken
1 can (12-15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. chicken stock or broth
¼ c. red bell pepper or roasted red bell pepper, diced
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chile, chopped
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. dried leaf thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soups, chicken, corn, broth, bell pepper, chile, salt, pepper and thyme in a 4-6 quart Crock Pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
Add milk and cook for about 30 minutes longer, or until hot.
