1c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. HOT WATER
Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl mix flour, salt, 3/4 c. sugar

Blend in milk and 2 tbsp cocoa
Pour ingredients into an ungreased pan

In another bowl mix 1 c. sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa

Sprinkle on top of batter
Pour 1 1/2 c. HOT WATER over the batter.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
