8 oz cream cheese
1 regular size bag of oreos.
Chocolate for dipping (Chocolate chips work great)

Soften cream cheese. Mix in crushed up oreos. Form into bite size balls. Chill.

I use milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips. White chips don't melt very well for me.

Doing a few at a time, melt chocolate in microwave. Dip your truffle and put on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. When finished, chill until hardened. These freeze very well, but they will never make it to the freezer!
