1      19.8 oz package fudge brownie mix
 1/4   cup  praline syrup
  1       3.9 oz package  chocolate fudge instant pudding
  8       1.4 oz  Heath bars crushed or bag of Heath chips
  1       10.8 oz container  Cool Whip -- thawed
            Garnish:  Chocolate curls

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.  Bake according to
directions in a 13x9x2 inch pan.  Prick top of warm brownies at 1-inch
intervals with wooden pick and brush with syrup.  Cool.  Crumble into
small pieces.

Prepare pudding mix according to directions, omitting chilling procedure. 
Place half of crumbled brownies in bottom of a 3 quart trifle bowl; top
with half each of pudding, crushed candy bars, and whipped topping. 
Repeat layering other half of ingredients.  Cover and chill at least 8
hours.  Garnish, if desired.

May be prepared in parfait glasses for individual servings.
