1.5 C Lukewarm Water
2 tsp. Honey
2 T Dry active yeast
1.5 to 2 C All purpose flour (unbleached)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and honey together in medium stainless stell bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top, stir in and set aside for 15 minutes to proof, until bubbles form on the surface.

Add flour and salt into the bowl, adding only enough flour to make dough not stick to your fingers, roll out onto counter top and continue to mix in flour folding dough (about 10 minutes) until dough no longer is sticky.

Rub the surface of the bowl with olive oil, transfer the dough ball to the bowl and roll it in the oil to coat, cover with wax paper and a towel for approx1-2 hours to raise to double size.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil pizza pans and sprinkle with ground corn meal, put half of dough or quartered dough sections onto pans, spread to desired thinness and form circles. Spread desired pizza sauces, veggies, and cheeses on top and bake for 15 minutes.

Individual pizza dough can be prepared ahead, dough kept in the fridge and brought out prior to making pizzas. Children love making their own pizzas with their favorite veggies, meats and cheese.
