Tart Shells
1/2 c. Butter
3 oz Cream Cheese
1 c. Flour

Filling
2 T. Butter
3/4 c. packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 t. Vanilla
3/4 c. chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Then add flour. Cover and chill for 1 hour or more. Shape into 1" balls and press into mini muffin pan.

In a 1 quart mixing bowl melt butter in microwave. Stir in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla; stir in pecans. Fill up tart shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan 3 minutes and remove to cool completely on rack.
