2 c. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 t. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
6 c. Thinly sliced Apples

TOPPING
1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix all dry ingredients . Then add apples, eggs, vanilla and oil. Blend thoroughly and pour into pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over top. Bake 1 hour.
