1 package Stove Top stuffing mix, dry
1 c. warm water
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 package onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat inside of bundt pan with cooking spray. Place warm water, onion mix and dry stuffing mix in a bowl. Mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow bread time to absorb water. Add eggs and ground beef. Mix well. Place evenly in bundt pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Remove loaf from pan and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Can also put a blob of mashed potatoes in center of loaf with gravy drizzled over the top for aesthetics.
