1/2           cup  plain, fat-free yogurt
1/2           cup  fruit juice (or Crystal Lite or almond milk)
1/2          cup  frozen fruit (such as strawberries, peaches, berries)
1/2         scoop vanilla whey protein powder
                 sweetener to taste

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into glass and enjoy!

Great snack or lunch substitute. Flavor can be varied by the single or mixed fruits used. I sometimes add 1/2 frozen banana. Changing from the various juices or using almond milk in place of the juice can make it more like a milk shake and very tasty. Have fun with this!
