2 c. arugula
1/2 c. olives of your choice
2 T. capers
1/2 c. roasted red peppers
olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
white truffle oil, to taste
1 fresh whole grain pizza crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 415 F.
Toss arugula, olives, capers and roasted peppers. Dress with olive oil, salt, pepper and a few drops of truffle oil to taste.
Toast the pizza crust in the oven for 7 minutes or until heated through and slightly golden.
Scatter the dressed ingredients over the pizza crust and return to the oven for 2-4 minutes just to warm ingredients. Serve immediately.
