2 jalapeņos, finely chopped-seeds and ribs removed
2 Tbsp. lime juice
4 kiwifruits peeled and diced
1/2 C cilantro
20 Large shrimp (about 1 lb)
2 Tbsp. of neutral taint oil, Canola or Safflower

Directions:
Directions:
Stir jalapeņos and lime juice together. Add kiwi, 1/4 tsp. salt and cilantro, stir to combine.

Season shrimp with 1/2 tsp. salt. Heat oil over high until shimmering. Add shrimp and cook in a single layer about 3 minutes. Turn shrimp over and cook another 2 minutes or until opaque. Serve with kiwi relish>
