1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
3T Balsamic vinegar
2T honey
1 1/4 lbs chicken breast tenderloins
2T olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 lb fresh green beans
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 c. Grape tomatoes, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dressing, Balsamic vinegar, and honey. Heat 1 T. Oil and saute mushrooms for 4 minutes until they have started to brown. Add green beans and cook for another 4 minutes until crisp tender. Remove vegetables from pan. Add remaining oil and chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and saute until brown on both sides. Remove from pan. Add sauce to pan and stir until thickened into glaze consistency. Add the chicken, green beans, and mushrooms. Add tomatoes. Stir to coat with sauce.
