1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. Polish sausage, ground
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder or garlic salt
2 lbs Velveeta
Cocktail rye bread



Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, ground Polish sausage and chopped onion. Drain. Stir in oregano, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.

Cut up Velveeta and melt into meat mixture. Spread onto cocktail rye rounds. Broil until bubbly on high oven rack.

Can be frozen on cookie sheet before being broiled and taken out as needed.
