4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp .vanilla
1 c. water

Frosting:
Powdered sugar
Milk

1 jar of dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar and beat for 6 minutes. Add flour and baking powder. Then add rest of ingredients. Beat for another minute. Bake in greased bar pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Freeze this over night. After frozen, cut into rectangles.

Use a powdered sugar and milk mixture for frosting. Dip cake bites into frosting and completely cover. Grandma used peanuts in the shell, shucked and crushed them, but you can roll in dry roasted peanuts (crushed up small!) Can freeze again if needed before event.

According to Uncle Tom and Jim, this recipe requires child-slave labor as they recall having to shell the peanuts to provide the salted peanuts and then to crush them up.
