1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup Shredded Italian Cheese Blend (Sargento)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use food processor with the grating blade and pulse until all the cauliflower is shredded.
Steam cauliflower until tender about 15 minutes. Transfer to bowl and refrigerate
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon mat
Stir the cheese, parsley, egg ,garlic ,salt and pepper into cauliflower until evenly incorporated.
Pour mixture onto prepared baking sheet press and shape into pizza crust.
Bake in oven until lightly browned about 15 minutes.
Add sauce lightly and toppings of choice and bake another 15 minutes

Personal Notes:
Dry the cauliflower after steaming with paper towel. Needs to be dry or crust gets soggy. Mozzarella cheese may be substituted for Italian cheese.
