1 can crab (7 oz.)
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine
1 loaf Roman Meal bread

Directions:
Directions:
1-Melt butter and cheese over double boiler/or very low heat.
2-Add crab (drain and picked).
3- Roll out each piece of bread with rolling pin. (Remove crusts)
4- Spread spoonful of crabmeat mixture on each slice of bread and roll up.
5-Cut into thirds and place on baking sheet. Spread butter over each piece and broil in oven for 5 min. Turn other side.

Didnt remember this till I started typing recipe- then it came to me. The velveeta really makes this dish and it was my first experience using a whole wheat bread! This was an early recipe because its on heavy paper and mimeographed. I wonder if they still make Roman Meal Bread?
