2 Cubes yeast
1 Cup very warm water
1 heaping tsp. sugar

2 1/2 Kg flour
1 1/2 Cups sugar
5 tsp. salt
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup oil
4 cups water

Crumble the yeast into the warm water and let rise/ bubble.

Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

Mix the egg, oil, and water and add them to the bowl with the flour, sugar, and salt. Also add the yeast to this mixture.

Kneed until a dough is formed, and let rise until almost doubled in size.

Braid the dough into whatever shape you want, and brush egg over it.
You can add sesame or poppy seeds too!

Bake until brown and until the Challah sounds " hollow" when you tap it on the bottom.
