1/2 Cup Mayo
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
2 1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tbsp. White Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
8 Cups Cabbage (approx. 1 head), finely chopped
1/4 Cup Carrot (1 med carrot), shredded
2 tbsp. Onion, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped into very fine pieces ( a little bigger than rice). Combine the mayo, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Add cabbage, carrots and onions. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, if you let it sit overnight it even better.
