about 1¼ pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 pounds bacon
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 T chili powder

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 400. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup dark brown sugar and 2 T chili powder Mix well.
2.Clean and trim about 1¼ pounds of skinless boneless chicken breast. Cut into approx. 1 inch cubes.
3.Prep baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with PAM.
4. Cut the bacon in half and coat each slice in the brown sugar mixture then wrap it around the chicken cubes and secure with a tooth pick.
5. Place wrapped chicken onto prepared pan. Once all chicken is wrapped sprinkle any remaining brown sugar mixture over prepared chicken.
6.Bake until golden brown. About 35-40 minutes. Cover with foil on heavy dish to keep warm until served.
