1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp tarragon
1 Tbsp mustard (yellow or brown)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 salmon fillet, skinned (1 to 1 1/2 Lb)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degreesē.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, parmesan cheese, tarragon, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well.
Line a large, shallow baking pan with aluminum foil, to ensure quick and easy clean-up!

Place the salmon fillet into the baking pan. Spread the topping evenly on the salmon, covering it completely.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, then transfer to the top rack and broil for an additional 4-5 minutes until the topping is browned and bubbly.
