3/4 c shortening
4 T molasses
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 1/8 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, (chill), roll in balls or drop by rounded teaspoons into sugar, then flatten (use the bottom of a glass). Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.
