Mom's Glazed Meatloaf Recipe

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2/3 c butter cracker crumbs (Ritz)
1 lb ground sirloin
1 lb ground pork
2 T parsley
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 T mustard
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Glaze

1 c ketchup
1/3 c brown sugar
hot sauce to taste (I usually put about 5 or so drops)

Directions:
Mix meatloaf ingredients and shape into loaf on a cookie sheet (that has sides). Broil for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it boils.

Spread about 2/3 of the glaze mixture over the loaf and broil for 5 additional minutes.

Lower the heat to 350 and bake for 40-45 minutes. Tent for 15 minutes after you remove it from the over. Delish!
