Peach peelings
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peaches. Peel peaches, cutting out bad spots. Put peelings in a separate bowl. Can or use peaches as you will.

Chop peelings up and put in enough water to keep from burning. Cook until tender, stirring to keep from sticking. When tender, add sugar...enough to make real sweet...about 1/3 sugar to 2/3 peelings.

Cook slowly and stir often so as not to stick, for about 1 hr.

Put in prepared jars and let seal.

Personal Notes:
Just one of my many Grandma favorites. There's nothing better than one of Grandma's biscuits with butter and peach bark. I love that she wrote this for me!
