1 refrigerated pie crust
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
1 c (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate morsels
1 c dark corn syrup
1/2 granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 c bourbon
4 large eggs
1/4 c butter, melted
2 tsp cornmeal
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fit piecrust into a 9 inch deep pie plate. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate onto bottom of crust; set aside. Combine corn syrup and next 3 ingredients in a large sauce pan, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Whisk together eggs and next 4 ingredients. Gradually whisk about 1/4 hot mixture into egg mixture, whisking constantly. Pour filling into prepared pie crust.

Bake at 325º for 55 minutes or until set; cool on wire rack.
