Morel mushrooms
3 T butter
1.5+ oz. cooking sherry
5 oz. whipping cream
1-2 T sour cream.
1 tsp Johnny's (Lawry's) seasoning salt
olive oil
1/2 tsp granulated garlic, parsley and basil
freshly grated cheese
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute a bunch of mushrooms in 3 T butter until cooked through. Add 1.5 oz. cooking sherry, simmer for a bit, add 5 oz. whipping cream and 1 T sour cream. Simmer a bit longer then add 1 tsp Johnny's seasoning salt, and a small glug of olive oil, some granulated garlic (1/2 teaspoon for all of these herbs), parsley and basil.

Dump on hot pasta, stir to coat and add freshly grated cheese to taste and a touch of fresh ground pepper.
