3/4 cup margarine softened
1 pkg 3 oz sugar free jello any flavor
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Cream margarine and jello. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder.. Mix well and chill roll out 1/4 inch thick . I use cookie cutters. Bake at 400º for 6-7 minutes

Made these for my dad. At Christmas would make dough red and green and use Christmas cookie cutters. Can also roll dough in diabetic sugar.
