1 cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 8 oz. carton cool whip
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups cold milk
Additional chopped pecans for top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Combine melted butter and flour. Add pecans and mix. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 dish. bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Spread over crust.
Mix pudding and 3 cups cold milk and spread over first layer

Then spread remaining cool whip over top of pudding mixture and top with more pecans if you like them.

This recipe is easy to make and it is very good. I don't remember where I got this recipe, but first started making it after we moved our family from Alabama to Louisiana. This is a crowd-pleaser!
