Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 16 ounce can Hershey's syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter and eggs.. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in a large cookie sheet at 350º for 30-35 minutes

Frosting
1 cup sugar, 4 Tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup milk. Mix ingredients and bring to boil in sauce pan. Boil 1 minute and add 1/4 cup chocolate chips until melted. Frost cool cake
