6 eggs separated
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour sifted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups chopped walnuts
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and water until thick and lemon colored. Beat in sugar gradually , add vanilla. Fold in sifted flour, cinnamon, salt and nuts.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Fold in egg yolk mixture .
Pour into 10 inch tube pan ( angel food cake pan) bake at 60 minutes at 350º
