3 lbs pork cubes
1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks and syrup
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup green peppers
1/3 cup onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat until golden brown on all sides. Drain pineapple reserving syrup. Combine water, vinegar, brown sugar, corn starch, salt, soy sauce and all of the reserved pineapple syrup. Cook until clear and slightly thickened. Add meat and onions
.
Cook covered, over low heat, about an hour or until meat is tender. Add pineapple and green peppers heat through. Serve over fluffy rice.
