Ingredients:  
5 lb. russet potatoes
4 heaping tsp salt
1/2 lb butter
1/2 can evaporated milk (1/3 cup)
more butter/sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cook with extra salt. Drain and put through ricer. Mix in butter and milk while hot. Let stand overnight, cover only with dish towel.

Measure potatoes & add 1/2 as much flour and mix.
Cooke lefse on lefse griddle or cast iron pan.
