4 - sticks Butter
2 - cups Sugar
2 - cups of Brown Sugar
4 - Eggs
2 - tsp Vanilla
4 - cups Flour
5 - cups Oatmeal (ground fine)
1 - tsp Salt
2 - tsp Baking Power
2 - tsp Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 3 ingredients, add eggs and vanilla.
Combine all dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Add: 24 oz Chocolate Chips,
1 - 8 oz Hershey Bar (grated),
3 - Cups chopped Walnuts.
Bake on non greased cookie sheet at 350º, 8 to 10 minutes( depending on size, may take a minute to two longer).
