2 c, flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1/2 c shortening
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sour cream
2 c finely chopped apples
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, powder and salt. Cream sugar and shortening and then beat in in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture, alternating with sour cream. Fold in apples. Spread batter in a greased 13" x 9" pan.

Combine nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter and sprinkle lightly over batter. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
