2 cakes yeast
1/3 c butter
3/4 c scalded milk
1/3 c sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp grated orange rind
2 eggs
4 c flour

Filling:
1/2 c butter
3/4 c sugar
1 c. nuts (ground fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in 1/4 c. warm water. Combine butter and scalded milk and cool. Add to milk/butter mixture the sugar, salt, orange rind, eggs (unbeaten) and 2 cups flour and mix. Add yeast mixture and 2-2 1/2 cups more flour. Knead, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Roll out into 22'x12' flat oblong on a flat board. Spread filling on half the oblong along the 22" side. Fold over filling and cut into 1" strips. Twist each strip and curl to roll. Cover and let rise 40-50 minutes.

Bake 15 minutes at 375º. Brush with glaze of 1/4 c. orange juice, 3 t sugar and bake 5 minutes more.
