2​Large cans​​Golden/Yellow Hominy
1​Large Can​Del Monte Diced Tomatoes or Mild Rotel
1​​​Onion (diced)
1​​​Green Bell or Plobano Pepper (diced)
1​​​Bunch Cilantro (chopped)
1​Pound​​Bacon (Hickory smoked) or smoked ham
2​​​Lime
2​Tlbsp​​Knorr Tomato Bouillon (Pollo de Tomato)
2​Tlbsp​​Beef Bouillon
3​Tlbsp​​Fiesta Pinto Bean Seasoning
2-3​Tlbsp​​Diced Garlic
2-3​Tlbsp​​Cumin
2​​​Beer (Shiner Bock: recommended)

Dice bacon and sauté. When bacon begins to turn up add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. When onion and pepper begin to soften add beans, can tomatoes, and all seasoning. Add beer. Add water to desired consistency. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; and add cilantro, cover and let sit for 30-45 minutes.

Add meat such as pork, chicken, shrimp or Texas Longhorn beef for complete meal.
