1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 tsp bouillon mix
nutmeg
salt and pepper (to taste)
French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach in a cooking pot with about 1/2 c. water and boil. Put in bouillon mix and nutmeg.
Turn stove to medium and throw in cream cheese. Cook slowly till melted. For extra flavor you can grate in a couple cloves of garlic or whatever tastes good to you. If mixture is runny just let it cool a little longer. Serve with French bread.
