"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
In large microwave-proof bowl place the almond bark and butterscotch chips.  Microwave on high until melted, stirring each minute until fully melted; stir butterscotch chips and almond bark until they are completely blended.

Stir in cashews; then add chow mein noodles.  Add enough chow mein noodles to your desired consistency.   The more you add, the crunchier the candy.

Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper for individual candies or spread all of
mixture on waxed paper.  Let candy cool until firm.  If candy was spread
on waxed paper, break into serving-size pieces.  Store candy in air-tight
container.

Options:  Do not add butterscotch chips for a "White Chocolate" candy.
Use chocolate bark for a change of taste----toss in some mini marshmallows
to make it Rocky Road.
