2        small pkgs.  sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix

 1/4      teaspoon  nutmeg

Additional Cool Whip and nutmeg to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together instant vanilla pudding mix (dry) and eggnog until thick.  Blend in Cool Whip and nutmeg.  Pour into Quick'n'Easy Pie Crust, cover, and chill.

Before serving garnish with Cool Whip and sprinkle on additional nutmeg.

NOTES::    Sugar-free pudding mix is used because the regular pudding mix
makes the pie too sweet since the eggnog has sugar in it. For a pie that isn't
quite as rich, use two cups of eggnog and one cup of milk.

Personal Notes:
I created this recipe to use as a traditional Christmas dessert. Everyone seems to like eating their eggnog opposed to drinking it!
