1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (any variety)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together melted butter, flour and nuts to form ball. Press into 9" pie plate. Pierce pie crust with fork over bottom and sides. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool before filling.

This is a great, easy pie crust for any pie filling that does not require baking.

This recipe was part of another dessert recipe. I liked the "crust" so well that I decided to try it on it's own as a pie crust. So easy, so tasty that I've used it for years for fresh fruit-filled pies, for cream pies and as a base for other desserts. It's a go-to recipe for me when making desserts.
