Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large cans (14.5 oz.) crushed (or diced) tomatoes
2 large cans (14.5 oz.) beef broth
1 packet of dry vegetable soup mix
2 (14.5 oz.) cans green beans
1 bunch of green onions, chopped small
1 bunch of celery, chopped small
2 green bell peppers (or 1 green & 1 red), chopped small
1 lb. carrots, chopped small

Directions:
Directions:
I also put in 1 can of Ro*telŪ tomatoes. Combine all ingredients, add pepper (optional) and stir well. Boil rapidly for ten minutes, then simmer until veggies are tender. Add water, if necessary, to make soup thinner (suggest two large cans).
This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you will lose. If you are going out for the day, fill a thermos.

If you want to see results, DO NOT CHEAT ON THIS DIET!

For Drinks - Unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice, water.
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

DAY ONE:
Any fruit except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower calorie than most fruits. Eat only soup (as much as you want) and fruit today.

DAY TWO:
All vegetables. Eat as much as you like of fresh vegetables, raw or canned. Try to eat leafy green vegetables. Stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat vegetables along with the soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruit today.

DAY THREE:
Eat all the fruit, vegetables and soup you want today. Do not have a baked potato today. If you have eaten as above and have not cheated, you should have lost 5-7 lbs.

DAY FOUR:
Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least 3 large bananas and drink as much milk as you can today. Also, keep eating as much soup as you can. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is milk. You will need the potassium and carbohydrates today.

DAY FIVE:
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 250-500 grams of beef or chicken (no skin) and as many as 6 tomatoes. Eat soup at least once today.

DAY SIX:
Steak and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content of steak and vegetables. You can have fish or chicken if you prefer with as many vegetables as you can manage, but no baked potato. Remember your soup at least once today.

DAY SEVEN:
Rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. Stuff yourself with rice and vegetables and drink as much unsweetened fruit juice as you can. Make sure you have your soup at least once today.

By the end of the seventh day if you have not cheated on the above diet you will find you have lost between 10-17 lbs. If you have lost more than this then stay off the diet for at least 2 days before resuming it again. It is also good to be active. Go for at least 2-3 walks a week.

The seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed it will clear your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After the process you will begin to feel lighter and you will have an abundance of energy. Continue on this plan for as long as you like.
The diet is fast and fat burning and the secret is you will be burning more calories than you are taking in. It will flush your system and bring you to a better state of health.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
NO ALCOHOL, BREAD, OR SOFT DRINKS OF ANY KIND. NO FRIED FOOD OR OIL ON THIS DIET.

Remember to drink plenty of water (approx. 6-8 glasses per day). Because everyone's digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. If you find your bowel movements have changed, add 1 cup of bran or fiber to your diet. The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want. The more you eat, the more you will lose. It is very nutritious.

The diet is from the Sacred Heart Hospital and is used for their cardiac care unit. THIS IS NOT A 'FAD' DIET.
