1 package dates
1½ lb. pecans, chopped
¼ lb. cherries
¼ lb. pineapple
1 c flour
2 t baking powder
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cut all fruit. Put fruit and nuts in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Sift flour mixture over fruit and mix well. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour batter into 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake in oven 275° for about 2 hours.
