Cut steak into narrow strips. Season as desired and stir fry in a small amount of desired oil being careful not to overcook. I used fajita seasoning and used just like fajitas. I prepared onions and bell pepper on the side and served with sour cream, cheese and guacamole. My children and guests loved it!

Longhorn Beef Recipes
Longhorn Beef can be used in any of your favorite beef recipes. The only difference is that there is little to no shrinkage due to its leaness. It cooks quicker, therefore over cooking causes the beef to be tough. The flavor is a “true” beef flavor! It also easily holds its shape and form!
I have personally tested the ground beef in tacos, spaghetti sauce, meatballs, hamburger patties and meatloaf. I have also trialed the T Bone steaks and tenderized round steak. Season with your favorite seasoning and cook traditionally being careful not to over cook. Tex Joy is my personal favorite seasoning. It works with almost any recipe.
