"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Marinate in Red Wine, season with Tex Joy and grill being careful to not over cook. Continually turn each steak until cooked as desired. These steaks are best when cooked rare, medium rare of medium. Longhorn Beef Recipes
Longhorn Beef can be used in any of your favorite beef recipes. The only difference is that there is little to no shrinkage due to its leaness. It cooks quicker, therefore over cooking causes the beef to be tough. The flavor is a “true” beef flavor! It also easily holds its shape and form!
I have personally tested the ground beef in tacos, spaghetti sauce, meatballs, hamburger patties and meatloaf. I have also trialed the T Bone steaks and tenderized round steak. Season with your favorite seasoning and cook traditionally being careful not to over cook. Tex Joy is my personal favorite seasoning. It works with almost any recipe.
