Thin slices of cold roast or boiled meat
Dripping
1 shredded onion
Cold mashed potatoes
cold greens of any kind
salt and pepper
Vinegar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat some fat in a fry pan and put in the meat and fry quickly on both sides until lightly browned. Remove and keep hot. Fry the onion until browned, add the potatoes and greens which have been mixed together and well seasoned. Stir until thoroughly hot. Add a little vinegar if liked, and turn onto a hot dish... place the meat on top and serve.
