2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 t soda
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
3 c chopped apples
3 t vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c oil
1 c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Put all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add apples, then eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350º in greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
