One med - large potato per person
Wash well, peel and quarter
1 can chicken stock
1 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
1/2 block creme cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 3/4 can of chicken stock in crock pot.
Add potatoes (I use red so I do not peel them)
Add salt
Stir to cost potatoes
Cook 4 hours on high

When done, creme with mixer or by hand adding remainder of chicken stock and milk for desired creamy texture.

Because I do not like peeling potatoes, this method is my favorite. I use red potatoes and do not peel them. Very easy and time saving. Just put the potatoes in and forget it!!!
