1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small red bell pepper; chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup slivered almonds
3 green onions, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium hear.
Add bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms.
Cook until tender, stirring often.
Stir in almonds and next 6 ingredients.
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch.
Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
