20 Large mushroom caps (2" diameter)

STUFFING
1 cup crab meat -- shredded
1/2 cup Ritz crackers -- finely crushed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
1 tablespoon parsley -- snipped
2 teaspoons chives -- snipped
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted, reserved

Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve for another use. Preheat broiler at moderate temperature.

In small bowl, thoroughly mix all stuffing ingredients

Stuff mushroom caps, using about 1 tablespoon stuffing for each cap. Place stuffed mushrooms on a broiler pan. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over stuffed mushrooms. Broil 3-4 inched from the heat 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
