1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 8 oz package cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 package ranch salad dressing mix
3 cups combination of fresh vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, red, green & yellow
peppers, carrots,green onions, tomatoes (other veggies may be added as desired)
-- chopped into small pieces & drained
1 cup Colby/Monterey jack cheese -- shredded

On a cookie sheet, spread crescent roll dough, pinching separations together to form a rectangle. Bake according to directions on can. Cool.

With the exception of tomatoes, cut vegetables into large pieces, place in a food processor, and pulse until desired consistency. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into small pieces, drain, then add to other vegetables and stir to blend.

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch salad dressing mix. Spread mixture on cooled crescent roll crust.

Sprinkle mixed vegetables on cream cheese mixture covering to edges. Top with shredded cheese.

Press cheese and vegetables lightly into cream cheese mixture. Chill at least 3 hours or over night. Cut into square and serve.
