Cut 1 lb top round steak into 4" X 3" pieces and flatten with rolling pin. Make up a pkg of prepared stuffing and place in middle of each piece. Roll up and tie. Lightly fry in 2 tbsp. butter and 1 small onion chopped. then add 3 or 4 medium carrots. Add 1 cube oxo beef to 1 cup hot water and add to pan. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender. Thicken gravy with 1 tbsp. flour blended with 1/8 c cold water. Serve hot.
